Call for Participation

The BayWa is looking forward to honoring those authors with outstanding, creative and innovative scientific approaches in the field of Corporate Sustainability.

Information about the award: 

• An award of 500 euros will be awarded to the first author accepted for a presentation at the Chance for Science conference with the main research focus on Corporate Sustainability.
• Each abstract submission within a relevant research topic will automatically enter the competition for this award.
• Eligible authors must be affiliated with a Ukrainian research institution (or were affiliated until February 24, 2022)
• No age limit applies

How to participate – the 2 steps

Step 1 – Turning in your Essay

Abstracts eligible for the competition should be no longer than one page. Co-authored abstracts are accepted, the co-authors may submit a joint written abstract and may share the award.

To be considered for the Award, the abstract must be submitted until August 7, 2022 on the CfS website. Please find more information on the Competition and the Chance for Science Conference on the website as well.

Step 2 – Award Ceremony and Discussion during the Chance for Science Conference 2022

The Award for the winning abstract will be handed out during the Chance for Science Conference on September 8 and 9, 2022. The winning participant will receive a grant of €500 and the opportunity to present their work or project to the audience of the Conference during a discussion session.
